Hours: Full-time, 40-hours/week
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Position Summary
The Ambulatory/PEVH Solution Advisor position is responsible for supporting solution experts, managing workflows, reviewing deliverables, identifying risks, and assisting with testing and implementation activities. The role includes project management responsibilities such as developing and managing business processes, facilitating meetings, coordinating with partner organizations, and supporting program execution. The performance of the Ambulatory/PEVH Solution Advisor position is key to RavenTek's performance on the contract, and therefore RavenTek's mission to support the customer.
Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Cerner expertise and support for Referral Management and Community Care solutions.
- Support Solution Experts and Solution Administrators in reviewing task orders, deliverables, and workflow analysis.
- Facilitate collaboration across councils, informaticists, solution teams, and partner organizations.
- Assist in future state workflow design, diagrams, and identification of risks and pain points.
- Support ticket management activities, including logging, tracking, and updating tickets.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Assist in reporting requirements, mapping, and identification.
- Support testing activities, including development of test scripts and participation in testing events.
- Assist in reviewing training manuals, job aids, and cutover/go-live planning.
- Provide project management support, including tracking schedules, costs, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and review briefing materials, documentation, and work plans.
- Assist analysts in conducting deep dives into subject areas such as risk management.
- Enter actual time worked, once complete, at the end of the day, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
- Submit MSRs (Monthly Status Report) as required by program manager.
- Monitor RavenTek email on a regular basis, at least 3 times per week, and respond accordingly.
- Complete required compliance training as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Critical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cerner solution configuration, specifically Referral Management and Community Care.
- Experience managing IT-related projects using lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Ability to track costs, schedules, and performance progress.
- Risk identification and mitigation expertise.
- Strong leadership, written/oral communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and develop workflows, both current and future state.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems, including ServiceNow.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related.
- An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years of professional work experience.
- Work experience in the VA and implementing electronic health records preferred.
- Experience with millennium on code levels 2018 or higher.

- Must be a U.S Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Work Environment
Employee will be working indoors in an office environment with other people. Potential moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs on a regular basis.
Physical Demands
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, the employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; see to read printed materials and computer screens; mobility to work in a typical office setting. Ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and may be required to provide recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee must be able to lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically up to 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
