Description
Job Description:The Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Section in the Security Operations & Engineering Department prevents fraud and revenue loss from abuse as well as from system and operational issues. The department employs state of the art tools and works with teams across the company to ensure issues are detected and resolved promptly.
About Organization
- Act as a point of contact for fraud throughout RMI.
- Maintain good understanding of operations across the company that are related to fraud.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders across to company to detect potential fraud, understand fraud risk and impact, and coordinate countermeasures.
- Report KPIs related to fraud and financial impact throughout RMI, and maintain process, documentation, automation related to KPIs.
- Support or lead analysis of incidents, and report root cause, severity of the issue, and recommended action.
Minimum Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Ability to effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of finance.
- Analytical skills to extract meaningful information from large volumes of data.
- Computer skills including MS Office and use of analytical software.
- Willingness to learn about new technology, processes, and customer behavior.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred Qualification
- Telecommunications or e-commerce domain knowledge.
- Understanding of common fraud patterns.
- Experience as a fraud analyst or KYC.

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
