We are seeking a talented individual to join our Brokerage team at Marsh. This role will be based in Chicago. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position involves analyzing risks, supporting client solutions, and assisting in the development and marketing of brokerage products. The team is focused on delivering high-quality client service while collaborating with senior brokers and internal teams to meet client needs and market demands.

We will count on you to:

• Analyze risks and assist in developing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Respond to client queries and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Support the design, development, and marketing of new brokerage products and programs.
• Assist senior brokers with more complex client assignments.
• Demonstrate awareness of market conditions to better serve clients and advise junior brokers.
• Update management regularly on issues, progress, and client-related matters.

What you need to have:

• 3-5 Years on insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

What makes you stand out:

• Prior experience in casualty and/or environmental insurance.
• P&C License.
• Knowledge of contract documents, bond forms, and banking terms.
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis across various industries.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $69,300 to $147,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
