If so, this opportunity is perfect for you. Our Cruise and Tour team is seeking Advisors who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for their clients. You will leverage your expertise to offer exclusive travel opportunities available only through Chase Travel. From managing cruise or tour bookings to helping customers maximize their memberships and integrating all aspects of their journey, the Cruise and Tour Team is dedicated to delivering a luxurious touch to the travel experience. By joining this team, you become an essential part of enhancing engagement, customer satisfaction, and loyalty to Chase Travel.As a Travel Advisor in the Cruise and Tour Department, you will assist our customers with cruise and tour packages, handle travel components related to their reservations, fulfill promotions, and conduct outreach to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will showcase comprehensive travel consultation skills, including knowledge of destinations and travel products, along with problem-solving abilities, empathy, and active listening. Your main responsibilities will include managing daily requests, coordinating pre-check requirements for ships or tours, booking travel add-ons, and accommodating special requests from our customers. You will deliver exceptional service and contribute to establishing the Chase Travel brand as a leader in the travel industry.
Job responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
• Identify and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Foster lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and engaging communication.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts using online tools.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers, meet their needs, and provide premium service.
• Achieve team metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay compliant with all Chase Travel e-learning modules and participate in instructor-led training sessions as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience in booking and post-booking processes is essential.
• Demonstrated history of compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
• Strong skills in phone contact handling, including consultative service and active listening.
• Two or more years of experience in the travel industry to include intermediate to advanced knowledge/proficiency of the Global Distribution System (GDS)
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt and respond to various customer needs and requests.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Shift / Schedule information
Work schedules will vary. You must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter. This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled. The training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
Note: This position is 100% onsite.
