The EOP Student Success Advisors responsibilities include academic, personal, career and financial aid advisement. The SSA will monitor their respected caseload and assist EOP scholars in all phases of their collegiate career in order ensure that the student is maximizing their potential and maintaining student success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Please note that this position is student facing and is an on-campus position.
Required Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling or a related discipline.
2. At least one year of professional experience in college level academic advising/counseling, career counseling and/or financial advisement.
3. At least one year working with EOF, HEOP, TRIO, Upward Bound, or Student Support Services programs.
Salary Range:
$44,000 - $60,500
Exempt/Nonexempt: Exempt
Physical Demands: General Office Environment
