Stephen Carr Memorial Boulevard, Fayetteville, AR. The examination will begin at 7:00 A.M. To meet all application requirements, you must include electronic copies of the following required documents including Birth Certificate or proof of citizenship, GED or High School or College Diploma, Drivers License and DD-214 for applicants with prior military experience.
