Description

The Charles Town Police Department is seeking qualified applicants to be appointed to the position of Probationary Police Officer. The current salary for this position is $57,462 for a WV certified police officer and $56,060 for an uncertified individual. Generous benefits are provided. Applicants with a current West Virginia Law Enforcement Certification are eligible to receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants with a current out-of-state Law Enforcement Certification are eligible to receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Non-Certified Applicants are eligible to receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
