We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and deliver complex security initiatives in a dynamic, global environment. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and technical oversight to ensure that cybersecurity projects are aligned with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment & Governance - align projects with business goals and security standards
• Risk Management - identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks
• Compliance Oversight - ensure adherence to regulations and support audits
• Policy & Procedure Management - develop and enforce security policies and procedures
• Vulnerability Management - perform assessments and drive remediation efforts
• Security Project Management - deliver end-to-end cybersecurity projects
• Knowledge Management & Reporting - maintain dashboards and report progress to leadership

Requirements

Mandatory

• 5-10 years' experience managing security and/or technology projects across multiple domains (network, application, cloud, identity management)
• Proven ability to deliver projects in complex, fast-paced, global environments
• Proficiency in English; Japanese N2 language skills preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
• Experience in multicultural/global environments
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High professional and ethical standards

Desirable

• Background in risk management or system auditing at a financial institution
• Experience in corporate governance, management, and control
