Job Title: Senior Advisor
Location: 100% remote role – US time zones only
Compensation: $200-250/hour
We are seeking experienced businessdevelopment coaches and consultants to join our faculty of 1099 contractors. These faculty members will deliver highimpact projects, training and strategic guidance to midsized and large law firms and other professional services organizations. Our methodology emphasizes clarity, consistency and connection, so successful candidates will learn our methodologies and become trusted advisors who can meet clients where they are and help them move forward with purpose.

Responsibilities
- Deliver oneonone and group BD coaching. Lead coaching engagements that help attorneys, executives and teams build sustainable businessdevelopment habits. Follow our methodology—focus on the right relationships, take strategic action and track measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and retreats. Develop and run in-person training sessions, retreat sessions and webinars that elevate clientdevelopment skills, with an emphasis on realworld application.
- Provide strategic planning and pricing guidance. Partner with firm leadership on strategic planning, client feedback, profitability analysis and pricing negotiation.
- Integrate technology and analytics. Leverage our platform and other tools to track progress, measure results and reinforce business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor. Build relationships grounded in trust and authenticity; hold clients accountable while encouraging them to stretch beyond their comfort zones.
- Identify new opportunities. Recognize when clients could benefit from additional services and communicate those opportunities with our team.
Qualifications
- Sales/business development coaching expertise. Minimum of 10 years coaching and salesenablement experience; coaching certification is valued but not required.
- Lawfirm BDM experience. Demonstrated success working with midsized and large law firms (AmLaw 200, AmLaw 100 or equivalent).
- Strategic planning and pricing acumen. Proven ability to advise on profitability, pricing and client feedback; experience leading client feedback programs or leadership coaching is a plus.
- Facilitation and presentation skills. Dynamic presentation of workshops, seminars and retreats for diverse audiences.
- Techsavvy. Ability to adopt and integrate new technologies into coaching engagements.
- Relationshipbuilder. Strong interpersonal skills; able to inspire trust, communicate clearly, and adapt to lastminute changes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable operating as an independent contractor, managing multiple engagements and documenting hours; willing to work flexible schedules and travel as needed.
