Job DescriptionBAE Systems is looking for a Team Training Advisor to serve as the primary team point of contact for all training related matters. The Training Advisor will maintain advanced knowledge of FMV program tradecraft, standard operating procedures, and corresponding training material. They will also develop solutions to training issues with the AOR Training Lead. The Training advisor will also ensure trainees are receiving the highest quality training opportunities available to them to ensure progression.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5 total years of Intel-related experience; a relevant Bachelor's degree can count for 4 years, and Master's for an additional 2 years
-12 months of experience as an FMV analyst in MACSS-FMV
- Have been a Trainer in MACS-FMV/GEO-SPI for at least 6 months.
- Knowledge of adult training methodologies.
- Must be in good standing with BAE Systems, and not currently undergoing administrative or correct action for performance-related issues.
-If currently in a program management role (e.g., TL, TM, AOR Ops Lead), must have held the role for no less then six months to be eligible.
-If currently in a Silver Team position (e.g., DTO, STC, HLV, SAR, Research), must have held the role for no less then 12 months to be eligible.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
-Adjudicated polygraph
-Advanced technical ability (e.g. HTML5, CSS, PHP/SQL, Python)
-Integral part of a team
-Well versed with internet relay chat
-Capable of performing geo-locational mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships
-Maintain and use Geospatial databases
-Very knowledgeable on intelligence organizations, collection, and reporting systems
-Proven ability to work independently
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
