Lydecker, LLP is a Full-Service AV-rated national law firm with offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, California, and Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Partner with 7+ years’ of experience in civil litigation. Insurance defense and leadership experience preferred. Veterans, reservists, and judge advocates are encouraged. Florida bar license required. Insurance defense work preferred. 

As a law partner, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of lawyers to provide high-quality legal services to clients. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and work closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions to their legal issues. In addition, you will be involved in the development and implementation of the firm's strategic plan and business development initiatives. This will require you to have a strong understanding of the legal market and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

As a law partner, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should also be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Qualified candidates must possess strong ability to lead in a team environment, good legal writing and research skills, experience with expert witnesses, capability to handle difficult situations, and effective communication skills. Candidates should also be highly organized, motivated, experience in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple ongoing assignments, as well as have the ability to think creatively and work in a fast paced and challenging environment. A portable book of business is required to join as a Partner; amount negotiable.
