Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation.
Your new role
You will play a key role in delivering high quality HR advice and partnering with leaders to drive people initiatives. You will balance both strategic and hands on responsibilities, ensuring best practice HR solutions are implemented across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
• Partnering with managers to support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
• Leading and supporting HR projects, including policy development and process improvement
• Advising on employment legislation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Coaching and developing leaders to enhance capability in managing people
• Supporting talent management, engagement, and retention strategies

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident HR professional with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
You will bring:

• Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline (desirable)
