Your Responsibilities

As aTactical Sales Coordinatorfor theJohn Deere Eastern Sales Region located in Olathe, KS you will support our dealers and field team growing sales through sustainable execution. Some of the key tasks this position will be responsible for are as follows:

  • AssistTerritory Business Managers (TBM)and Division Business Managers (DBM)with sales enablement task and analysis
  • Communicating key objectives to Dealers and Field Team
  • Assisting Tactical Sales Specialist (TSS) on Division execution
  • Plan and deliverfield events and training events

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly with internalteams and channel partners
  • Ability to facilitate and navigate difficult conversations
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience executing in a team environment
  • Experience giving effective presentations in front of groups
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically, based on business needs


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Prior experience in a sales and marketing role
  • Experience with dealer, channel, distribution and end-user contact
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skill set


Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree
