Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in water, wetland, drainage, environmental, conservation, easement, and land-use matters.
- Assist with regulatory, administrative, transactional, and litigation matters.
- Work directly with clients, government entities, and technical professionals.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Interest in agriculture, environmental law, natural resources, or water management.
- Licensed or eligible for admission in Minnesota and North Dakota; candidates awaiting bar results will be considered.
