Loevy & Loevy seeks human resources support on an interim and possibly long-term basis.

We are a civil rights law firm with approximately 100 employees. We recently contracted with ADP to provide comprehensive HR, payroll, and benefits services. However, we also need in-house HR support in order to serve our employees, guide and advise leadership, and maximize the utility of our ADP services.

Our immediate need is for an interim HR consultant, advisor, or contractor. We envision this role requiring less than full-time commitment. This interim solution would: (a) work with and support our employees, including receiving HR-related concerns and complaints; supporting our hiring and onboarding processes; and working with firm management to resolve any HR concerns; (b) interface with ADP to ensure ADP is executing its benefits, payroll, and compliance functions; and (c) help us envision and execute a long-term in-house HR solution.

We are also open to the interim solution becoming the long-term solution, should the relationship and structure feel right to all parties.
