Our client, Haddenham Healthcare, specialises in supporting clinicians in the management of lymphoedema, lipoedema and chronic oedema by advocating a freedom to choose model that supports problem solving compression.

The Role

Reporting to the Business and Clinical Manager, the role of Clinical Advisor strengthens the success of Haddenham Healthcare and enables increased sales and profitability. In the role, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to the Haddenham Healthcare team and customers.

Specifically, you will:

  • Proactively seek opportunities to build clinician’s awareness of Haddenham Healthcare products.
  • Guide clinicians through clinical reasoning to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate product trials to build clinicians confidence, create case studies and support product development.
  • Initiate and contribute to the development and delivery of training, workshops & presentations to small groups as well as a state and national program.
  • Support customer service in problem solving product related issues.
  • Represent Haddenham Healthcare at local, national meetings, exhibitions and professional development days.
  • Provide phone and virtual clinical advice throughout Australia, face to face with clinicians within your home state and intermittent interstate travel.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Successful completion of Level 1 ALA Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner course.
  • A minimum 2 years’ active clinical experience in lymphoedema management.
  • Great assessment, treatment planning and problem solving skills.
  • A 'hands on' approach to ensuring quality clinical care.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a passion for caring for others.
  • The ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
  • A Learning mindset.
