Description
Boutique marital and family law firm in Miami-Dade County, Florida is looking for an associate attorney with five or more years of experience in marital and family law. This is a full-time remote work opportunity.
Candidates should understand the legal issues related to dissolution of marriage, paternity, parenting plans, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, and other matters involved in marital and family law litigation.
Responsibilities will include preparation of discovery, drafting of pleadings, financial affidavits, and settlement agreements, and attending hearings.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
- 5+ years’ experience in marital and family law.
- Effectively able to communicate with clients and members of the judiciary.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a busy office.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own cases.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
