Description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with traders, sales teams, middle office, and other stakeholders to execute SBL trade lifecycle.
• Confirm and validate performance, funding interest with counterparties, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Address any trade discrepancies or issues that may arise during the confirmation and settlement process.
• Process corporate actions, post trade and life-cycle events
• Monitor and manage collateral requirements for SBL trades. Ensure accurate and timely collateral movements, including collateral substitutions, transfers, and recalls
• Perform implementation of new processing platforms and system enhancements
• Perform daily reconciliations of SBL trade positions, collateral balances, and cash flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in middle office / trade support role
• Strong understanding of securities lending, borrowing, and collateral management processes.
• Familiarity with trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive on taking up tasks
• Proficient PC sills including MS Office (Excel & VBA)
